We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to another pet in need.

Appointments get first priority, but we happily welcome walk-ins whenever we can fit them in.

Most pet insurance plans don’t cover preventative services, but a few do offer reimbursement options. Typically, you’ll pay at the time of your visit and then submit your receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and cash.

Quick results are one of our favorite things! Our 4DX and Feline Triple Tests take just 5–8 minutes, so you’ll get results and recommendations before your visit wraps up.

After your visit, you’ll receive an email summary with your pet’s test results and any follow-up dates.
